Chiropractic
Doctors of Chiropractic are concerned with how the body’s nerves, muscles and joints function as a whole. They focus on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the body. They are specialists in using manipulations of the joint to improve range of motion, flexibility, and to restore proper function.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture can be used in the treatment of many conditions in order to reduce pain and swelling, promote health and general well-being. It involves the insertion of find sterile needles into specific areas of the body, with minimal discomfort. Alternately the use of lasers or an electrical device can also be employed in place of needles.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a hands-on, soft tissue therapeutic treatment used to reduce pain, muscle tension and inflammation while providing relaxation and restorative function.
Computerized Gait Analysis and Orthotic Therapy
The treatment is used to analyze and determine specific foot problems that can also lead to ankle, knee, hip and low back pain. These individual, custom-fit inserts are worn in the shoes to correct structural and biomechanical problems arising in the feet.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is used for those with chronic heel, shoulder, Achilles, knee (patellar tendon) and lateral elbow (tennis elbow) pain for more than three months with very little response to conventional therapy.
The radical shockwave are high-energy acoustic wave that are transmitted through the surface of the skin and spread radically (spherically) into the body. The body responds with increased metabolic activity around the site of the pain. This stimulates and accelerate the healing process. The literature suggests total resolution of symptoms in most patients with three sessions of 5-10 minutes. Marked pain relief is observed in most patients in just 8 to 10 days after the first treatment.

Graston Technique Soft Tissue Therapy
The Graston Technique, originally developed by athletes, is changing the way clinicians — including athletic trainers, chiropractors, physical therapists, occupational therapists — and patients view treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injuries.
The Graston Technique is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The Technique utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. source: http://www.grastontechnique.com/
